For years, I lived in the pursuit of being “good enough.” I excelled, I achieved, I played the role that was expected of me. But deep inside, I knew—I was living for validation, not for myself.
The journey to unlearning these patterns was messy, painful, and liberating. I had to break through self-doubt, perfectionism, and the fear of taking up space.
And what I discovered? True leadership isn’t about power—it’s about authenticity.
